Poor service

Like the food but the lunch buffet could be stocked better. Its dissapointing when you are on a quick lunch break and have to wait at a buffet for something to eat! One other thing that could help them could be if they would concentrate on positive customer service. Please don't allow waitress to argue with how many napkins or condiments to give customers. If a customer ask for extra napkins they should be able to recieve them with a warning. I notice there does not appear to be many patrons and I can assume that poor customer service could be at fault. Other than that....great low mein noodles and egg rolls.

I do not know why they struggle so much.

It is a classy place that has the best Chinese food in town. There is never anyone there and I have no idea why. If you miss your Valentine's reservations, head there and you will sit down immediately and have some great food in a date-type atmosphere. I get the $4.99 lunch buffet every couple of weeks and it is exponentially better than Buffet City. If you make it for dinner, check out the beef and broccoli and ask them to make it spicy and I promise you will not leave hungry.

Best Hot and Sour soup

I work out of town a lot and the first thing I want when I get back is Trey Yuen. They have the BEST hot and sour soup by far. The eggrolls have a great, crisp texture and the food is always steaming hot when it is served to your table. Could use a little cosmetic work, but everything else is always great.
