The peanuts is a national chain thing. They live up to the roadhouse claim. Service is always good and they always get my steak medium rare like I want it. They are consistently good and fast. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a table and it is always good.
If you want a treat, get the Roadies. 3 small steak burger patties stuffed inside of 3 yeast rolls with cheese and a pickle. They are new but it is probably one of the top 2 things they serve. The number one being the filet.

The peanut shells on the floor gross me out. Also, I have never gotten a steak there that was properly cooked. Being a steak house you'd think they could tell the difference between medium and well-done.

It used to be a very good place to eat. The meat is good and I've heard it's one of the only steakhouses in T-town that actually uses a grill instead of a hotplate. They have pretty good waiters I like the peanuts. I don't know what it is though, the place just looks 'cheaper' than it used to. I don't mean anything derogatory by this, but it seems like they are trying to appeal more to the Wal-Mart crowd than upper-middle icome households.
