Tuscaloosa has more than its fair share of Mexican joints, and some are less than stellar, but if you want a tasty meal for a great price with great service, and in record time, Los Terascos on Skyland is the place. I rarely stray from the grilled shrimp items like the shrimp burrito terasco and the shrimp chimichanga which are outstanding. The waiters are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. Both lunch and dinner are wonderful, and with a party of 2 or 12, the service is always great. The ambiance is a little bit lame, and it isn't exactly sparkling clean, but the food is always fresh and hot, and that speaks volumes!

What stands out most in your mind about this restaurant? The food!
How was the food presentation, taste, texture, quantity, quality etc.? I loved the food and everything about it.
What did you get to eat? I get different stuff each time I go but they have lots of options.
How did your server and the rest of the staff treat you? The server was great and the rest of the staff helped out also.
What did you think of the environment? Clean, orderly, noise level etc. It is very clean and the noise level is to be expected and depends on the people that come in there. They always play great latin music.
Do you dine here often or was this the first time?

Overall...everything was awesome there. A great place to take the family, Kid friendly servers and hostess. I had the Queso Fundido...authentic and very delicious. The environment was pleasant ...busy but we were attended to promptly. I definetly will keep on taking my family back. You must go there...Mexican food there is very tasty.
