Upon entering Mo's you receive a warm welcome by the staff, which I am sure they get tired of saying everytime the door opens. However they are always polite and full of energy. More than welcome to customize an order (like I usually do). They have a wide range of toppings for your burritos and burrito bowls. I prefer the Art Vandelay in a bowl. It has Beans, rice, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole standard on it but I prefer to leave off the lettuce and get the guacamole on the side (which they are happy to do). Another thing I love is that they offer tofu. There are very few restaurants in town that do and so this is a real treat for me. I am also glad, like most Mexican restaurants around town, that they serve cheese dip. It is amazing and goes great on any of their dishes.
