I worked at Qdoba when it first opened for over a year. Not only do they make almost all of their food fresh daily, the quality of the food is of a great standard. I have worked in over a dozen resteraunts during my lifetime, and Qdoba is the only one I will eat at after working there. The food is outstanding! Highly recommended, even if parking can be difficult when school is in session.

To be what I consider "fast food", both the service and food are satisfactory for the price. Being on the Strip, accessibility is a principal challenge, so much so, that I routinely question whether the food is worth the effort in reaching the location. Perhaps I am demonstrating my age (which is not as old as you may think), but nonetheless, the biggest challenge in patronizing this restaurant is the inevitable position of being in line BEHIND three Delta Nu's.
